Warranty Terms & Conditions

Below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable to claim warranty for myTVS Product(s). The product(s) must be purchased from an authorized distributor/dealer of myTVS in India.

The warranty terms of service are applicable in India only.

The warranty shall be for a period of defined duration as mentioned on the product packaging at the time of the purchase.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase i.e. the invoice date for the purchase as mentioned on the invoice provided from the authorized distributor/dealer of myTVS. Warranty type will be Carry-in, which means the customer needs to carry the product to the nearest myTVS Authorised Service Centre or Authorised Distributor.

The warranty must be registered online at www.mytvs.com/warranty within 30 days from date of purchase.

Customer should complete the online warranty process on this website and wait for the warranty status review from myTVS Team.

Warranty card, with authorised dealer's stamp, sign, purchase date and product's serial number must be uploaded for warranty registration by the customer to claim the warranty. In case of any above mentioned details are missing or warranty card not available, the warranty registration may be rejected.

Upon successful review of the warranty documents (invoice / warranty card), the warranty shall be registered.

This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is non transferable.

The warranty on the equipment will cover parts, which in assessment of myTVS technical personnel, have become defective due to defect in material or workmanship.

During the period of warranty, myTVS shall free of charge, at its own discretion, either repair or replace any parts found defective within reasonable time, during normal myTVS working hours.

All transportation and handling expenses incurred while repairing will be payable by the customer.

The company, or its Authorised Service Provider, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.

All defective parts removed from the equipment during the period of warranty shall become the property of myTVS.

In the event of any repairs or replacements, standard warranty on the product will continue only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

The warranty is issued at Panchkula, Haryana, and courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts, which are found to be defective only.

For Products under 1 year warranty, maximum duration will be 16 months from date of manufacturing/import OR 12 months from date of sale whichever is earlier.

For Products under 2 year warranty, maximum duration will be 28 months from date of manufacturing/import or 24 months from date of sale whichever is earlier.

For Products carrying 6 months warranty, maximum duration will be 8 months from date of manufacturing/import or 6 months from date of sale whichever is earlier.

Warranty Voids If

Completely filled up warranty card and/or purchase invoice is not presented along with the product.

Any defect caused due to inappropriate usage like improper fitting / electric power spike damage / water or liquid damage / severe dust / rodents or insect damage / improper hygiene maintenance etc.

The user manual provided along with the product is not followed for fitment/usage of the product.

The product has been attempted to be repaired by any unauthorised personnel.

Warranty is applicable only for one major product in the package and does not cover fitting/usage accessories.

The warranty is not valid in case the serial number is deleted, defaced or altered.

The warranty shall be applicable only against the manufacturing defects in the product.

Defects caused by reasons beyond control, like abnormal voltage, acts of god or while in transit.

The warranty automatically expires after the defined warranty duration from the original date of purchase.
